Employee Spotlight - Phil Davis Employee Spotlight - Phil Davis "I've worked with Phil Davis for six years prior to Channel Blade. I jumped at the chance when given the opportunity to work with him again. Phil is always there for his team; giving us the support we need to strive for customer service excellence" says Melissa Leonard, Account Consultant. Phil demonstrates a wealth of knowledge about Web solutions, technology and customer service, resulting from over fourteen years of experience, six of which with Reynolds Web Solutions as the Support and Operations Manager. "Phil understands customer service and has already helped us improve our support processes" states Michelle Overby, Account Consultant Supervisor. "He is very open to ideas from the team and encourages a positive energy amongst the support team members." In his spare time, Phil enjoys riding motorcycles and loves spending time on the water. He recently sold his Harley Davidson and is now gearing up to purchase a personal water craft. |
