Heron Vice President of Operations; "Tom's wealth of diversified experience and stellar track record will be invaluable as he focuses on building a world-class customer experience through high-quality support, product delivery and process consistency," says Chuck Lewis, co-founder and managing partner of Channel Blade. "Our continued investment in recruiting executive talent is a testament to our commitment to growing both our business and our clients' businesses." One of Heron's first initiatives is to launch a Client Advisory Council, a plan designed to formally infuse Channel Blade's operations and strategy with its clients' industry experience. "This initiative continues our history of working hand-in-hand with our clients to deliver industry-leading innovation," says Jon Lintvet, chief executive officer at Channel Blade. A lifelong outdoorsman and avid water skier, Heron is passionate about the industries Channel Blade serves. "Tom's fresh perspective has made a noticeable difference in a very short time span," says Lintvet. "Our clients are already raving about the immediate impact his focus has had on their business." Heron spent 20 years in the Navy as a submariner and currently lives in Virginia Beach, Va. with his wife Riva, and three children Kellie, Ryan and Christopher. A registered professional engineer, Heron holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wis. |
