Employee Spotlight - Martine Reyes

Martine joined Channel Blade's Support Team in the summer of 2007. Today, she assists our dealer and corporate clients with their Channel Blade solutions; answering questions, training, troubleshooting, and production. "She is personally driven to do the best she can for the customer and do it right" says Account Executive Christian Manzella. "She continually makes the customer her number one priority" points out Account Consultant April Kelly.

Her never-failing positive attitude, wealth of knowledge and extensive experience allow her to promptly respond to and fulfill customer requests. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, she doesn't hesitate in her response: "I love our customers," says Martine "being able to complete a request quickly and efficiently and seeing how that impacts the customer and their business really puts a smile on my face. We want their business to succeed, and the dealership's Web site and lead management solutions are an important piece of their business."

Working in a production capacity, Martine works hand in hand with our clients to move them through the production process from concept to finish. Clients she has interacted with often say that her hard work and dedication have made their Web site production and updates enjoyable rather than stressful. "Martine contributes an unparalleled sense of professionalism and efficiency to the workplace" says Web Developer David Smith, who often works with Martine to design and build client Web sites. "She is always asking questions," adds Web Developer Robbie Harrell, "she aims to learn more about all aspects of our business so she can have more first call resolutions."

Outside of work, Martine teaches Moo Du Kwan Tae Kwon Do classes. She recently earned her 1st degree black belt in that style, as well as in American Tang Soo Do and a 3rd level in Arnis. "I love sharing my knowledge with the pupils at my dojo and know that what I am teaching them will help them in their path through life" says Martine. She mirrors her dedication and focus to Tae Kwon Do in her professional life. "I love customer support, talking to different people on a daily basis, tackling new and exciting issues, and really challenging myself" says Martine.
