A "Glass-half-full" Attitude and a "Whatever-it-takes" Approach


Michelle joined Channel Blade's Support Team four years ago. Today, she handles client support and contributes to the production of new client Web sites. "She consistently puts the customer first no matter how much work she has to do," says Account Consultant April Kelly.

Her whatever-it-takes approach combined with a wealth of knowledge and experience lead her to analyze each situation and offer a compelling solution accordingly. "Michelle is the epitome of going above and beyond the call of duty," says Account Consultant Leonda Moore. "If she can't find a solution during business hours, she'll take the issue home with her and think it through until she has the right answer."

Though Michelle is serious about her job, she believes that a smile and a little laughter go a long way in solving problems. Her philosophy is "work with a glass half-full!" and her upbeat personality rubs off on the rest of the team. "Michelle has a great sense of humor," says Account Consultant Jennifer Moore. "Her positive outlook and many funny stories about the 'Fire Marshall' [her husband Shawn] and their two dogs [Walker and Marley] definitely contribute to a fun atmosphere and keep us smiling!"

Michelle's deep passion for her job makes her an invaluable asset for Channel Blade and its clients. "I can honestly say that I've never been bored and I learn something new every day!" says Michelle.
