Channel Blade Technologies Names Jon Lintvet Chief Executive Officer
Virginia Beach, Va. - November 12, 2007 - Channel Blade Technologies, a leading provider of online marketing, lead management and sales education solutions in the marine, RV, and powersports industries, named Jon Lintvet chief executive officer. Lintvet's election as chief executive officer is the culmination of a year-long process Owners Chuck Lewis and Mike Adams put in motion in 2006. "As the company continued to experience rapid growth, we felt that there was a powerful opportunity to bring a visionary leader onboard to run day-to-day operations and shape the company's strategic direction," said Chuck Lewis. "This decision enables Mike [Adams] and I to focus our undivided attention on the market and our clients' evolving needs."
As an avid outdoorsman and lifelong sport fisherman, Lintvet is passionate about the industries Channel Blade serves. He brings strong management experience to the business spanning product and business development, as well as brand marketing. Lintvet's financial and analytical background will help elevate the company's role as a diversified market leader and accelerate its rich history of innovation and growth.
"Jon's in-depth understanding of our business and clients combined with a strong, innovative vision for the future will be key drivers of Channel Blade's continued success and that of its clients," said Adams.
Lintvet joined Channel Blade in 2006 from Capital One Financial to manage the company's business development strategy. He has played a prominent role in building strategic partnerships to diversify Channel Blade's growth.
"Channel Blade has a remarkable history of successfully supporting the most prominent manufacturers and dealers in the marketplace," said Lintvet. "It is truly an honor to be entrusted with the future of such a highly regarded market leader. I am also extraordinarily privileged to have the opportunity to work with such a passionate and talented team."
"Organizationally, we are looking forward to Chuck and Mike's continued contributions to the industries that Channel Blade serves," said Lintvet. "As founders and owners, they are passionately dedicated to understanding the evolving needs of our clients and helping manufacturers and dealers worldwide leverage Channel Blade's solutions to increase their businesses' profitability."
