Airstream, Channel Blade Technologies Launch New Web-Based Dealer Sales Tool JACKSON CENTER, OHIO -- September 28, 2005 -- Airstream, Inc. and Channel Blade Technologies have formed a strategic partnership that gives Airstream retail dealers the use of a new private label lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) tool designed to help Airstream dealers improve sales. The proprietary tool, called "LEADstreamTM," will integrate Channel Blade's web-based lead management/CRM technology with Airstream's vast dealer network. New to the RV industry, the technology allows Airstream dealers to manage prospects and customers in real-time. LEADstream also promotes customer relationships, tracks sales leads and provides valuable email campaign management. As a result, Airstream dealers can more effectively manage customer sales leads, increase closing rates and obtain incremental sales and repeat purchases. "Airstream recognizes that the RV industry, like our counterparts in the automobile and marine sectors, needs to harness emerging technology to leverage our dealer networks," said Tim Champ, Airstream's director of marketing and brand development. "We also see the advantages of LEADstream extending beyond the dealer base, serving as a valuable resource for Airstream's national marketing outreach, from online components to direct customer communications."
